yeah I see your point...it does feel like we're being deprived somehwhat. But then the 2 million dollars went to charity right? For really poooor kids this book is a godsend!
Maybe they'll publish it? But to be honest I think the tales might be quite boring lol

i read the review of amazon for the first story. they will actually give us a summary of each tale by means of a "review", which is a smart thing seeing as they haveno rights to publish it!

well actually i think it was a good thing, seeing as poor, sick kids are unfortunately more than one and there was only one copy available for the auction. right now there are 2 million dollars going to poor people who need it, and it's not just some millionaire buying the book to read to their kid, or some local bookstore, but a huge internet bookstore, who as i have seen are doing eveything they can to give us as much information about the book as they can.

i think it's impossible for this book not to be published. but i think jo will wait a little for that, it's not even a year since book 7 was out!!! but still this handwritten book will remain a very precious artefact, as it's so rare and so beautiful!!!!!

Rowling's a great kid, and it was a great idea!  Good for her.  Actually, Great for her.  I'm proud of her.  She's used her name well.

Just give us a gooddahm chance to read the whole thing without Amazon keeping the blasted words from us.

We deserve to see the stories (I don't need to hold the book, necessarily) and the pictures more than Some of those rich bastards (some might actually care about the charity and the Series).

No offenses meant.

with Respect,
Clark

the stories are cool!! especially the fountain of fair fortune. ok they are fairy tales, but really really cool fairy tales!!! i don't mind not reading the exact stories, in a fairy tale we don't really need the writer's exact words, just the basic facts. the rest is up to our own imagination and if we were to retell the stories, our own input of words nad expressions to them...

I won't see the reviews of any until I read the stories myself.
You can't deny this, though (a guess): She's making a public version of them - she really can't just keep 'em away from us.

But, I can't wait to read 'em!

Mwah!
